Baked Cauliflower with Comte Cheese and Penne















This dish's title basically sums it up.  Think of it as an adult's version of macaroni and cheese, with some nice cauliflower to add a contrast to the very, very rich sauce the penne swims in.  The breadcrumbs on the top add a good crunch.

This can be found in the most recent Bon Appetite.  Because I like the magazine, and because I don't think their lawyers will appreciate it, I'll simply leave it at that for now.
